This Privacy Policy explains what information StokTrack (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our inventory and stock-tracking service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, company name, and password (stored hashed).
- Business data you enter — inventory items, SKUs, quantities, locations, stock movements, categories, uploaded item photos and files, and the users you invite.
- Payment information — handled by our payment provider, MyFatoorah. We store a secure card token and billing records (amounts, dates, status), never your full card number.
- Usage & technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service, such as authentication events.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and secure the Service and your account.
- To process subscriptions, payments and renewals.
- To send essential service and billing notifications (for example, low-stock alerts you enable, or trial and payment notices).
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
3. Data isolation
StokTrack is multi-tenant by design. Each company is provisioned with its own separate database, so your business data is kept isolated from that of other customers.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run StokTrack, including:
- MyFatoorah — payment processing.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — to store and serve the application and your files.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, access ends immediately and your data may be permanently deleted after 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer where required for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Security
We use measures such as encrypted connections, hashed passwords, token-based authentication and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your rights
- Access and export your data at any time (CSV, Excel or PDF).
- Update your account information from within the app.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by cancelling or contacting us.

We use a small amount of browser storage that is essential to running the app. See our Cookie Policy for details.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above when we do.
