Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access. No card is required to begin, and you are not charged during the trial. This lets you evaluate StokTrack before paying anything.
Cancellation
- An account administrator can cancel at any time from the Billing page.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately — there is no grace period.
- On cancellation, all users are signed out and lose access, and your inventory data, movement history and files become inaccessible.
- Your saved card is removed and no further charges are made.
- Cancelled data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.
Refunds
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing cycle. We do not refund unused subscription time after a payment has been taken.
- The 1 QAR card-verification charge used to save your card is always refunded automatically.
- Because a 14-day free trial is provided before any charge, we generally do not issue refunds on subscription payments.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Changing plans does not create a refund of amounts already charged.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your account may be marked past due and access may be restricted until payment is completed successfully.
Exceptional cases
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
