Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to your plan. No credit card is required to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you have added a card, your selected plan is charged automatically and your account continues without interruption. If no card is on file, the account is paused until you subscribe — your data is kept.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly (every 30 days) in advance through our payment provider, MyFatoorah. Your renewal date is shown on the Billing page.
Why was I charged 1 QAR?
To securely save your card we run a 1 QAR verification charge, which is refunded automatically. Your bank may ask you for a one-time password (OTP) to confirm.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
How do I cancel?
An account admin can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation is immediate and there is no grace period — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are billed in advance and we do not refund unused subscription time. The 1 QAR card-verification charge is always auto-refunded. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Which plans are available?
After the 14-day free trial you can choose Starter ($49/mo), Professional ($99/mo), Business ($179/mo), or a Build-your-own plan from $39/mo.
Can I build my own plan?
Yes. Build-your-own starts at a $39/month base (5 users, 1 admin, 10 stores, 5 GB) and lets you add users, admins, stores, storage and optional modules à la carte, so you pay for exactly what you need.
What's included?
Every plan includes barcode scanning, item photos, categories & locations, transfers with receipt confirmation, and reports & export. Higher tiers add multi-location access control, audit log, role-based permissions and priority support.
Data & security
Who owns my data?
You do. Your inventory items, movement history and files are yours, and you can export them at any time to CSV, Excel or PDF.
How is my data kept separate from other companies?
StokTrack is multi-tenant by design: every company runs in its own isolated database, so your data is never mixed with another customer’s.
Is my payment information safe?
Card payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider, MyFatoorah. We store a secure token to bill your subscription — never your full card number.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Access ends immediately when you cancel, and your data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.
