1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StokTrack (the “Service”), a barcode-driven inventory and stock-tracking platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent (“you”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
StokTrack lets you track inventory items, record stock movements (in, out and transfers) across multiple locations, manage users and roles, and generate reports. Each company is provisioned with its own isolated database. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Account administrators control who is invited, their roles, and the locations they can access.
- You must have the authority to bind your company to these Terms.
4. Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access to the selected plan. No card is required to begin the trial. When the trial ends, access continues only if a valid subscription and payment method are in place; otherwise the account is paused until you subscribe.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, MyFatoorah.
- To save a card we make a 1 QAR verification charge that is refunded automatically.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- If a renewal payment fails, your account may be marked past due and access may be restricted until payment succeeds.
- Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
6. Cancellation
An account administrator may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect immediately, there is no grace period, and unused subscription time is not refunded. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants’ data.
- Do not upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to store.
8. Your data & ownership
You retain all rights to the data you enter into StokTrack, including items, movements, files and reports. You may export your data at any time. We process your data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by StokTrack and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
10. Availability & support
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or update features over time. Priority support is available on eligible plans.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StokTrack will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notifying account administrators. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
